POPULAR Captain Haddocks in Gonubie is close to celebrating nearly a year of serving local residents “the best fish ’n chips in the village”.
Owners Warren and Serva Cullinan, their daughter Grace and staff would like to thank all their patrons for their ongoing support.
“We continue in our sincere efforts to serve ‘The best fish ‘n chips in the village’,” Warren Cullinan said.
“We have learnt some valuable lessons so far, for example, a grumpy pensioner usually means he has skipped breakfast this morning so one needs to be extra vigilant on ‘Tuesday’s All Day Pension Special’.
“We also invite you to place orders for our delicious pickled fish for Easter at R40 a portion.
“We do platters to order and can work to your budget.
“Our burgers are traditional, very good value for money and are proving to be popular with those who do not want fish for supper.”
