Cambridge High School pupils, with their music teacher, Lidia Tzoneva, received a number of medals and special awards at this year’s Port Rex Lions Eisteddfod. Lunathi Mvenya received a medal for Most Promising Senior Vocalist and Aphiwe Manyika received a medal for Most Promising Brass Player. The Grade 11 Quartet also received a medal for Best Senior Vocal Ensemble and the Canto Armonico received a medal for the Best High School Chamber Choir.
