EAST London netball league proceeded on Saturday at the Hamilton Sport Club with six teams contested against each other. The second team of Walter Sisulu University (WSU) East London Campus lost against Buffalo City College 49-11 while the Aloes Men defeated Buffalo City Municipality (BCM) 49-15. The second team of Aloes then defeated Mercedes Benz South Africa (MBSA) 15-12.
Two weeks ago, Romans Club defeated Buffalo City Municipality, 43-22. Meanwhile, the second team of WSU East London Campus lost against Cascades by a close 20-21.The final match saw University of Fort Hare (UFH) Alice Campus face off against the Aloes Men, ending in UFH’s loss at 22-54. The league will continue in Saturday with the first game starting at 1pm.
