Africa will see next lunar eclipse on July 27

AFRICA has been cited as being one of the best places to see the next lunar eclipse on July 27.

According to NASA, a lunar eclipse happens when Earth passes directly between the sun and the moon.

This, the second total lunar eclipse this year will be visible in various countries including Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe.

According to the website https://www.timeanddate.com the lunar eclipse will last for 103 minutes, making it the longest eclipse of the 21st century.
