Masithethe Counselling Services is conducting a Llifeskills course for Tweens teenagers from July 1 to 5 at their premises in Southernwood, East London.
The programme course is being conducted in response to the need for pupils to improve their self-knowledge awareness and to help empower them by teaching them how to deal with life issues.
“The course programme will focus on trust-building, anger management, peer pressure, acceptance, creativity, bereavement, conflict, listening skills, teenage pregnancy, depression and many more societal ills that affect teenagers,” said Masithethe director Jackie Orsmond.
The course, which is sponsored by the Port Rex Lions Club and Rotary Club of Gately, is aimed at for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 15 years and is free of charge
