Three teenagers who were reported missing on the January 15 – Titimani Yamkela (17) and Samkelo Gulwa (18) from Lieveldt Location, and Sanele Nkala (18) from Ilitha Township outside King William’s Town – have made their way home unharmed.
The East London Crime Prevention members found the two teenagers at Eastern Beach (Ebuhlanti) in East London on Saturday February 2. Police easily identified them through the pictures that were published by the media.
Sanele was found in Mdantsane on Wednesday 30 January 2019 by a community member who informed the police immediately. All three of them were handed over to their parents.
King William’s Town Cluster commander Brigadier Luntu Ngubelanga expressed appreciation for the efforts of media houses in publishing the disappearance of the three teenagers.
