  1. Where do we apply for for food parcels for the poor in Port Elizabeth? I am worried about my husband, he is 72 years old, a pensioner. He was diagnosed with Merkel Cell carcinoma last year. He had an operation done on his left arm last October. They had to operate again on the 26 the of March. We are only getting by on his pension.
