NETBALL league got under way last week with 10 teams competing at the Hamilton Sports Club on Saturday.
The Aloes’ first team played against Ravens Men and won 55-43.
Walter Sisulu University (WSU) East London Campus came up against University of Fort Hare (UFH) East London Campus, which saw WSU pulling off a 35-20 win. The Romans defeated UFH Alice campus 26-17 while the Aloes’ second team also suffered a 14-24 loss against Buffalo City College.
The Aloes Men’s team scored a major win against Ravens, coming out of the match with a solid score of 46-20.
The league continues on Saturday with the first game starting at 1pm.
