Starting tonight, the ballet will see dancers bring the beloved characters to life as they relay the tale of the Disney princess.

“Following the success of previous Disney adaptations by our ballet studio, such as The Lion King and The Little Mermaid, I wanted to continue the tradition of combining well-loved stories with our special blend of humour, dance and exciting music,” said studio owner and ballet teacher Heather Cooper.

With dancers ranging from four to 44 years old, the show promises to blow audience members away with talent and humour as the famous dancing dads will also be making an appearance.

“The audience can expect a magical experience with awesome costumes, amazing sets and a cast who cannot wait to share our love of dance with East Londoners,” said Cooper.

Tickets are R100 per person, with tomorrow evening’s gala performance at R140 per person. Tickets at Computicket or from the Guild Theatre.
