Bigfoot Express Freight and Gately Rotary held a fun run last Friday to support the global fight to end polio.
“Polio is a paralysing and potentially fatal disease, yet totally unknown to most South Africans. In 1985, Rotary International took a momentous decision to tackle polio eradication worldwide through the mass vaccination of children,” fun run organiser Gerrie Hattingh said.
