TWENTY-six years ago George Wiehahn started George’s Welding in his garage and through him and his son Gavin’s dedication to services and workmanship, the business has gone from strength to strength.
Nine years ago, George retired and Gavin took over the business.
Now we are proud to announce that Gavin’s son, Shaun, has joined the business continuing the family tradition.
“With sadness George passed away last year and his influence will be missed, but we continue to strive to ensure that all his values and goals are achieved,” Gavin said.
George started off just doing burglar bars and gates, now we offer a wide variety of steelwork such as gates, burglar bars, car ports, balustrades, all varieties of fencing, installation of garage doors and automation.
George’s Welding has become a household name, not only in Gonubie, but also throughout the Eastern Cape.
