ANDRE the Hilarious Hypnotist might not be the cultural highlight of the East London theatre landscape, but his show always proves to be popular, and hilariously funny at that.
Andre returns to the Guild Theatre for a short season this year. His show, which consists of volunteers from the audience taking part in various hilarious routines, is always incredibly popular with young and old alike and because the volunteers differ from one performance to another, no two shows are ever the same.
Andre the Hilarious Hypnotist promises to provide us with more of the same mental mind magic as he takes your neighbour, your friend or your loved ones and gets them to impersonate everything, from a washing machine to a vacuum cleaner, with a whole lot of weirdness thrown in between.
For those who want to stop smoking, Andre promises to provide a cure as part of the performance (that is, if you volunteered) and for those who are afraid that they might be the next Britney Spears, Andre promises not to drag you out of the audience screaming and shouting.
Andre will be at the Guild Theatre from August 2 to 5 at 7pm daily. Bookings are now open at Computicket and at the theatre.
