MATHOLENI Events will bring cars, food, fashion and great music together under one roof at the Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium this weekend.
The event, known as Cook-A-Storm, will bring together different car brands, hospitality and fashion design students from Walter Sisulu University (WSU) for a great lifestyle event.
Algoa FM DJ Brian Ndevu, Butho and Yolanda Vuthela, Slim O and Lutho The DJ are just some of those who will provide the entertainment.
Chief organiser Mxolisi Twenty said they were working with emerging business owners and talented young people from the province to make the event a success.
“This will give the youth a platform to showcase their gifts, talents and their craft. We have talent in our province and it is time to expose that,” he said.
“Our aim is to change people’s lives and we encourage people to interact and build a solid contact base for their businesses. We will have professional chefs and fashion designers [at the event]. This is a chance to introduce yourself to your potential employers or clients,” he said. They aim to have this event every year.
Tickets are available on Computicket from R50 to R250 for VIP. For more information, call Twenty on 083-526-3268 or (043)741-0022.
