Soul Essence Wellness will be hosting therapeutic sessions and workshops along with yoga classes and wellness retreats at the East London Surf Lifesaving Club on Saturday. The event aims to inspire people to live a more abundant, mindful, consciously aware and
peaceful life. Soul Essence owner Kayleigh Weyer said well-being for the body, mind and spirit and stress management were the biggest inspirations behind their event.
“I will lead a 90-minute Vinyasa yoga class for Abundance incorporating a specialised sequence where the body moves with the flow of the breath. Kim Hewitt, owner of
success & colour, will lead an interactive workshop focusing on positive perspectives and
intentions, embracing self-nourishment and self-forgiveness, lifting limiting belief patterns and acting from a place of love to create a more peaceful internal world.
“The Earth Forest will be supplying delicious wholefood, plant-based meals and juices to
all the participants,” said Weyer.
Speaking to the GO!, Weyer said they were fully booked, with 20 participants for this event, some who currently practice yoga, and some who have no experience at all.
“Our events are usually suited for all levels unless specifically stated for certain
workshops. This is our fifth event like this since last July.” For more information, visit the Soul Essence Wellness Facebook page.
