International Coffee Day fell on Sunday, October 1, much to the excitement of coffee lovers worldwide.

This is a special occasion meant to promote and celebrate coffee as a beverage.

While it can be addictive, coffee has many health benefits that make it a worthy addition to any health and self-care routine.

Coffee contains caffeine, known for its ability to fight fatigue and increase energy levels.
