CENTENARY CELEBRATION: Heloise Weldon (nee Wannenburg), a resident at ‘The Residence’ in Vincent will be celebrating her 100th birthday on 29 March. Originally from Kirkwood, Weldon is well-traveled and has visited several provinces. She has three children Denise, Ruby and David (and his wife Alba). She has five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Weldon attributes her exceptionally good health and longevity to a simple principle. “Too much of anything is usually not good.
