With the festive season fast approaching, Hemingways Mall has boosted its retail offering with the arrival of one of its largest tenants, Incredible Connection, which officially opened its doors on September 25.
Spanning more than 1,100m², the new store marks a major milestone for the tech retailer, offering customers a comprehensive range of electronics, home appliances, and expert support services — all under one roof.
Store marketing coordinator Henno Barry said the branch brought together some of the most sought-after brands and products in technology.
“Customers will find top selections of laptops, smartphones, gaming consoles, audio systems, TVs, and smart home gadgets from leading brands such as Apple, Samsung, HP, JBL, Xiaomi, Hisense, and PlayStation,” he said.
For the first time, Incredible Connection has introduced a high-end appliance section, featuring fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, coffee makers, and air fryers — expanding the store’s traditional tech focus.
The shop is staffed with experienced sales and tech specialists ready to help customers choose the perfect products for their homes or businesses.
Small business owners can also benefit from specialised tech, networking, printing, and payment solutions — including access to a business portal and 30-day accounts for both online and in-store purchases.
Three-year warranties on computers and two-year warranties on Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, and watches are also available
“All computers come with a free three-month cloud backup and trade-in options to make upgrading simple,” said Barry.
Flexible payment options included lay-by, credit, trade-in, contract, and business rental plans.
“In-store services start from R99 for setup, R120 for repairs, R249 for extended warranties, and R268 for tech insurance,” Barry said.
“The grand opening event featured exclusive launch deals across computing, audio, gaming, TV, and household appliance ranges.”
