THE run all East London women look forward to is around the corner.
The Kempston Ladies Nite Race has been a community favourite for the past 14 years, and continues to grow each year.
Together, The Kempston Group and the Oxford Striders Running Club have created a dynamic 10km event for women.
A flow of pink consumed the streets last year, where more than 2500 runners took on the Nite Race wearing their limited-edition shirts in style.
This year, each runner will once again receive a collector’s race shirt.

The 5km fun run event encourages husbands, brothers and boyfriends to dress up in ‘drag’ and have a laugh.
There are loads of prizes to be won; including the ‘best dressed drag’ entrant of the evening.
Water will be available at the finish for all competitors.
A cash bar will also be available at Oxford Striders for those looking to extend the festivities from the running event.
The Kempston Ladies Nite Race will kick off at 5pm on Saturday, March 4.
The dynamic organising duo are expecting a record number of participants for the 14th annual women’s event.
