HAVING FUN: Greenpoint Secondary School held its sixth annual Fun Run on Saturday, on a fund-raising mission to build a multi-purpose sports court. The event was attended by 400 pupils and locals who managed to raise R130,000 for the initiative in the end.
This year, the school hosted Duncan Village Children’s Home and provided them with a meal sponsored by McDonald’s in Amalinda. The event incorporated other fun activities, such as the Miss Greenpoint Pageant, five-a-side soccer and a netball tournament. Picture:SUPPLIED
