“There will be prize money for the first three male and female finishers: R300 for winners who come in first place, R200 for winners who come in second place and R150 for winners who come in third place. The first three finishers will also receive medals while the first 80 finishers receive caps.”

“There will be lucky draws, a Miss Greenpoint pageant contest , live bands to entertain the locals, five-a-side soccer and a netball tournament. Entertainment will be provided by our Sasko truck and there will be food and refreshments on sale,” said Packery

He said donations for their lucky draws were provided by Mcdonalds (Amalinda), Spar in Buffalo Flats, Wimpy restaurant in Oxford Street, Sasko and Glynn Ramoo electrical.

“We urge the great East London community to come and support,” said Packery
