Tennis saw the U15 girls notch a solid 4-2 win against Clarendon’s U15 side, showing growing strength in the school’s racquet talent.

Merrifield’s soccer stars also shone, with the college first team hammering Lilyfontein 6-1, thanks in part to Avu Cekiso’s powerful performance. The U16s played to a 1-1 draw, and the U13 boys took down Stutt with a strong 3-1 win.

In hockey, Merrifield’s prep sides dominated their derby day fixtures in Stutterheim.
