PROUD ACHIEVEMENT: Eastern Cape provincial Drie Stokkies coach Desmond Coetzee, right, poses with one of his athletes, Lesley Miggels, of Rietbron who scooped a silver medal at the South African Indigenous Games Festival hosted in Limpopo last week. ‘The competition was one of the toughest I witnessed in my two years as coach and I am over the moon to come home with a silver medal from the games,’ said Coetzee. His other athlete, Dellarise Christian, came fourth but set a new provincial record after her jump of 10.08m. Coetzee said his team had ended third best overall, which made them the only code in the province in the top three positions and also as the only team coming back home with a medal from the national games
