East London residents had plenty of fun during the Virgin Active Aqua Disco held at the Virgin Active Beachfront pool last Friday. Rose Hartzenberg of Aqua by Rose hosted the event and put the swimmers through their paces, guiding them through a fun workout all set to a pulsing soundtrack.
