Sharks centre Lukhanyo Am made a surprise visit to his home town of King William’s Town and handed a Sharks rugby jersey to one of his staunch supporters, Vanessa Gosling, last week. Am matriculated from Hoërskool De Vos Malan in 2011 and played for the Border Bulldogs the following two years before moving to the Falcons in 2014. He returned to Border in 2015 and played for the Kings last year before moving to the Sharks. He also has two caps for the South African A rugby team.
