Ok Foods puts customer service first

OPENING its doors in 2001 after a four-month revamp, OK Foods Cambridge has since continued to grow from strength-to-strength giving its loyal customer base the best service possible.

Striving for a continuously updated and better-than-before level of service, OK Foods Cambridge has gone through various renovations to become what it is today.

In 2007, additional parking was added alongside the OK Foods Cambridge, providing secure, convenient and sufficient parking for all of its customers.

In 2009, the store embarked on a 400m² extension and renovation project, making the store even bigger and better.

This year, on the 16th birthday of OK Foods Cambridge, various departments as well as the front end of the store, have been reworked and revamped to provide an even better customer experience.

The bakery, butchery and meat departments have all received a modern revamp, giving a more spacious and homely feel to the store.

While still boasting its popular and well- stocked biltong bar as well as larger fast food, delicatessen, and fruit and vegetable departments, the store now also has its very own coffee kiosk, where customers can expect friendly service and delicious treats.
