Rotary Club of Arcadia, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of East London, hosted a spectacular Music in the Park fundraiser on the scenic lawns of Berea Gardens on Saturday.
Spearheaded by Rotarian Jane Potgieter from the Rotary Club of Arcadia, the event brought together a diverse lineup of talented performers, including the Caledonian pipe band, Lilyfontein marimba band, Cambridge choir, Hudson High orchestra, Clarendon High chamber choir, Selborne military band, Stirling High choir, and the Stirling jazz band.
The funds raised during the event will be distributed to the participating schools and Berea Gardens, ensuring that both young musicians and the elderly residents of the gardens benefit from the community’s support.
